Experience Canadian history creatively in this live production that celebrates peace, sovereignty and democracy while paying respectful remembrance to those who sacrificed so much in the name of freedom and democracy.

Through live music performed by Juno nominated folk/roots band The Fugitives, cellist Amy Laing, and members of the Victoria Philharmonic Choir, under the direction of Peter Butterfield, plus a cameo by one of Canada’s top pipe major’s, Roger McGuire, real stories by real people are expressed through spoken word, letters, songs, images and dance with a pas de deux by Andrea Bayne and Peter Starr. Includes an exhibition of b&w fine art images of Canada’s Vimy Memorial by Blair Ketcheson.
