Defence on the Dock is Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Esquimalt’s signature event, bringing the Navy to the community. Come down to Ogden Point Breakwater District in Victoria on Sunday, October 5, 2025 and meet those who serve your Canadian Armed Forces while experiencing a variety of exciting dynamic displays and demonstrations drawn from Maritime Forces Pacific and beyond! There will be ship tours of a Halifax-class Canadian Patrol Frigate, opportunities to interact with the Advanced Naval Capabilities Unit and Fleet Diving Unit (Pacific), Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) rides and so much more. Come check out our Sport Zone, listen to music performed by the Naden Band of the Royal Canadian Navy, and stop by to talk to everyone at the Marine Career Expo.
