The Full Harvest moon Circle & Beach-dance with closing vocals by Jennie Foster is Mon Oct 6, 5:45-7:15pm, and will be our last outdoor full moon dance for a while. Wed. Nov 5 we’ll move indoors on the full moon, with a sound healing collaboration. Look forward to circling & dancing with you if you can make these.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Dancing under the moon in this idyllic spot —there isn’t anywhere else I’d rather on a full moon night! Music is eclectic, in an ecstatic dance wave form, taking you up to release and bringing you down to connect with the quiet in you & in the land.

We begin in a circle, set intentions for the next cycle, then share a spiral dance and an ecstatic dance wave. Sometimes we are blessed to have guest vocalists or musicians at the end of the dance wave.

All welcome. All ages, genders, abilities, cultures. Let’s dance together as one.

Join the magic as we dance ‘round the fire pot by the sea, with eagles flying overhead and curious seals swimming close to shore. We've been dancing under the full moon in this amazing spot for 5 years now!

FLOW OF OUR EVENING:

5:45pm: Ambient music for arriving, movement warmup & headset pick up

6pm: Circle & spiral dance

6:15-7:15pm: Ecstatic dance wave, with closing vocals led by the amazing Jennie Foster to connect us to the stillness within ourselves & in the land

(it's ok to come for the dancing part only)

BRING:

—A mug for Bengal Spice tea 'round the fire-pot (or use my re-usable Nulla Project cups):, bring LOTS of water; warm layers, hat, gloves (dressing for the weather lets you dance in comfort)

--- bring something to share on a HARVEST BOUNTY SHARING blanket if you'd like to. I am bringing a box of heritage apples. Food or non-food items welcome

—& You are invited to collect & bring items to create a HARVEST earth art mandala together (bounty from your garden, fresh & dried flowers, petals, leaves, feathers, stones, seaweed, sticks, shells, pinecones, etc). We have created some beautiful ones together!

(Sorry! No dogs permitted on the beach. It is a seabird sanctuary now.)
