Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and gratitude this Thanksgiving weekend.
We’ll begin with tea and gentle grounding, then move into a nourishing hour of yoga (with adults + kids sessions running separately). Afterward, enjoy snacks, crafts, and time to connect with community. We’ll close with a short breathwork circle to leave you refreshed and rooted in gratitude.
🗓 Schedule
10:00–10:30 → Arrivals + tea
10:30–11:30 → Yoga (Adults in Little Fernwood | Kids in Little Gladstone)
11:45–12:45 → Community time (light snacks, connection, crafts)
12:45–1:00 → Breathwork & closing circle (all together)
🌿 Yoga Sessions
Gentle Community Yoga (Little Fernwood) → 20 free spots
Kid’s Yoga Adventure (Little Gladstone) → 10 free spots
✨ Both yoga classes run at the same time. Families can choose which class best fits.
🍵 Community Gathering
Stay after yoga to share tea, light snacks, crafts for kids, and meaningful connections with neighbours. This portion is open to all — no ticket required.
*please not that becaue this event is grant funded, photographs must be taken.

Roxie Fehr
Roxie is a local yoga facilitor, doula, and group fitness leader who loves creating welcoming spaces for movement, breath, and community. Her classes are gentle, inclusive, and family-friendly.
Gatherly Victoria
Gatherly is a community initiative aiming to bring people together through shared experiences and meaningful connections.
Danielle Pope
This Story Midwife, is a writer, editor, and certified yoga instructor (RYT 500) based in Victoria, BC. She is passionate about supporting mothers through storytelling and movement. Danielle offers "Yoga For Moms" sessions that blend gentle yoga with reflective practices, fostering community, joy, and release.
