Pacific Opera presents: Ghosts of the Royal, a free one-night-only event inviting the public to explore the history of theatre ghosts, and learn a little bit about some of the local ghosts that might be at the Royal or McPherson. This community event will blend storytelling, theatre history, and a touch of the supernatural, hosted by Pacific Opera’s Artistic Director Brenna Corner, and featuring Head Stage Carpenter Tom Heemskerk and John Adams from Discover the Past’s Ghostly Walks as our storytellers, sharing insights into the building’s history, backstage folklore, and personal (or friend-of-a-friend) encounters.
