Join us for a high-energy, partner-based HYROX Hybrid Fitness and Recovery session hosted by EARNit Athletics and MBConnections in partnership with Notorious Run Club. Also a huge thank you to The Fitness Academy (TFA) for providing the equipment for this event. This event blends cardio, strength, and team strategy in a competitive, coach-led format designed to push your limits — and leave you smiling (and sweaty). After the hard work is done, we will relax and recover at Aerth Sauna’s (included in the registration).

Entry Fee: $170 per team (teams of 2)

EVENT FORMAT
Teams of Two: Any pairing welcome — mixed or same-gender.
Distance: Approximately 6 KM total running, completed in a 800m lap between stations.
6 Functional Workout Stations: All coach-led and equipped with TFAs equipment.

Each team will complete a workout station together, followed by a one lap (800m) run around the block, returning to start the next station. Your team cannot begin the next station until both teammates have returned from the run. Likewise, the run can't begin until the full station is completed. The first workout station will be completed before starting the run sequence. To keep flow smooth, teams will start in 5–6-minute intervals to avoid bottlenecks.

WORKOUT STATIONS
Each workout is designed to last 2–3 minutes with flexible rep sharing between teammates. Expect:

Skipping Rope - 250 reps
Med Ball Sit Up - 50 reps (Women: 20lbs; Men/Mixed: 25lbs)
Burpee Broad Jumps - 50 reps
Farmers Carry - 200m (Women: 35lbs; Men/Mixed: 55lbs)
Sandbag Lunges - 80m (Women: 10kg; Men/Mixed: 20kg)
Plate Thrusters - 100 reps (Women: 35lbs; Men/Mixed: 45lbs)

This is a “Chipper” style workout, meaning teams can split reps or time however they choose to maximize efficiency and conserve energy.

Bring the hype! Friends and family are encouraged to come cheer, hang out, and enjoy the atmosphere. No sign-up required for spectators.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Event is capped at 22 teams (44 people)
- The event will start at Quadra Park for the workout. Once the workout is complete, we will walk over to Aerth Sauna together.
- Arrive early (10 AM) to warm up and check in
- Bring a water bottle. Water will also be provided.
