Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive on an Oak Bay Fire Truck -Santa photos at Engel & Volkers by donation to the Oak Bay Firefighters Charitable Foundation. - roasted chestnuts by Ottavio - Oak Bay Village restaurants are open for dining and take out.
