Part workshop… more of a group that meets and works together. Kind of a Taking Note: Creating Ourselves Through Journaling “lite”.

• 2:00 - 4:00 pm, Sundays

• I’ll provide a different exercise and a different prompt each time, which you are free to use if you want, or you can spend the time writing whatever you want

• It’ll be a space and an opportunity for company, accountability, and for staying in touch with ourselves through writing

• Some discussion at the start; mostly quiet writing time

• No phones or computers allowed

• Once a month to start but I’d be happy to add more if there’s enough interest. Or perhaps I could add an online component.
