“Ninth Avenue Band - Big Band at it's finest!” Hailed as one of Canada’s best big bands, Ninth Avenue Band consists of 18 full time members, and performs live in Calgary, Alberta, and across Canada. The band has a wide range of repertoire suited for audiences of all ages and musical tastes, from traditional jazz charts to funk, R & B, and Latin. The band’s members are high level, professional musicians with a wealth of experience across all genres, having played with big bands, small jazz groups, orchestras, chamber groups and performing in musical theatre and Broadway productions.
