Event Description
Come play with us! This retreat is an invitation to step out of routine and into a weekend of laughter, movement, music, and human connection. Through a mix of improv games, authentic relating, vocal play, acroyoga, and Qi Gong, we’ll explore what happens when we loosen the rules, follow curiosity, and let ourselves be a little more ridiculous, real, and alive.
We’ll explore games that spark spontaneity and connection, from playful improv and relational games to vocal experimentation that encourages vocalizing and singing without needing to “be good at it.” Acroyoga brings trust, teamwork, and joyful flight, while Qi Gong offers a grounded, flowy counterbalance that keeps the body happy and energized.
We'll gather for a singing circle (and we'd love to hear any instruments you'd like to bring!). Later, we’ll settle into community acupuncture accompanied by a sound bath, offering deep rest, integration, and energetic reset.
This retreat is for people who love to move, laugh, connect, and try things just a little outside their comfort zone. No experience needed, no pressure to perform — just bring your playful spirit, your curiosity, and a willingness to show up as you are and explore your edges.
