We are thrilled to host this exclusive evening in the newly opened Learning Lab, located in the basement of the Chinatown Storytelling Centre. This makes us the very first group to host a community experience in this unique, modern space!
The Evening Experience:
• 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Open Exploration. Arrive early to wander the main floor of the Storytelling Centre. Experience powerful exhibits that share the lived history and cultural legacy of our community.
• 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM: Fireside Chat. Join us downstairs in the Learning Lab for an intimate fireside chat with our featured guest, John Wang.
• 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM: Networking & Dim Sum. Stay for open networking and light refreshments, including a delicious assortment of dim sum.
Meet Our Featured Guest: John Wang
We are proud to welcome John Wang, bestselling author of Big Asian Energy and an Amazon Top 20 Best Business Book honoree alongside Bill Gates and Brené Brown.
As a communication coach for leaders at Google, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs, John’s work explores the intersection of identity, confidence, and storytelling. During our fireside chat, he will share insights on how to break through leadership barriers, overcome cultural conditioning, and own your voice with presence.
Additional Event Notes:
• Ticket admission includes admission to the exhibits at the Chinatown Storytelling Centre.
• Capacity in the Learning Lab is strictly limited. Secure your ticket today to honor the stories of the past and begin crafting your own leadership narrative!
