Hello everyone! Our next Belonging Dinner on Feb. 10 will be lead by Joy Yu, who'll be showing us how to make Roujiamo, also called Chinese Hamburgers. Joy Yu, a UVic alum, is now a math and statistics instructor. She loves using math and statistics to solve real-world problems and sharing this passion with students. Outside of teaching, she enjoys badminton, swimming, and discovering new recipes.
