Beyond Birth Education… What sets us apart? This workshop is for women who want to take their birth prep to the next level. We believe there is more to birth than simply learning the fundamentals! Yes, there is the functional “stages of labour” aspect to birthing your baby (the 411, when to head to hospital, what is an epidural) — information which allows you to make informed decisions around your care… however this workshop is beyond birth education. Though we touch on the fundamentals of pregnancy and birth; we go deeper, leaning into the emotional heartspace of birth. Our goal is to bridge the gap and fuse the informative decision making process with what it means to connect to your body and your baby; elevating your birth into an empowered co-creation.
