The Build Together Committee of the Building Trades of Alberta is made up of skilled tradeswomen and union representatives from across Alberta’s unionized construction industry. We represent the hardworking people who build our province. From schools and hospitals to pipelines, industrial sites, and commercial developments. Our affiliated unions represent electricians, plumbers, ironworkers, carpenters, labourers, painters, sheet metal workers, elevator constructors, pipefitters, millwrights, drivers, bricklayers, welders, insulators and other tradespeople who keep Alberta moving. Together, we work to create more opportunities for people to enter and succeed in the skilled trades.
