Calgary will proudly host Celebration 2026 – A Silver Jubilee - Honoring 25 Years of Service to the Community, the World, and the Future. Organized by International Drag Queens and Friends™ Inc. (IDQF) and its Canadian chapter Canadian Drag Queens & Friends™ (CDQ&F), this landmark weekend event will commemorate a quarter-century of drag excellence, activism, and global charitable outreach.
Drag performers and allies from around the world will gather in Alberta’s largest city for community, creativity, and courageous advocacy—demonstrating that drag is not only performance, but a powerful tool for visibility, inclusion, and social justice. We will be celebrating the fundraising efforts of Ms Rainbow Pride of Canada™ XIV, Toni Lester Van Blam, Mr and Ms. International Pride™, Twistare and Daisy Devine and the Stepping down of Grand Matriarch I, Amanda-Lynn Harding Turner James Stare and the crowning of Grand Matriarch II in waiting, Mystare Divine.
Doors: 430pm
Cocktail Hour: 5pm-6pm
Celebration starts at: 6pm
