Choir Eklektika represents a group of choral enthusiasts who immigrated to Canada from many former Yugoslav republics (Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina) as well as Bulgaria. Coming from a rich cultural background that nurtured and encouraged choral singing from the early childhood to adulthood, Eklektika’s members fully embraced the challenge of performing Choral Music of many different genres in over 10 languages. Although majority of members have no formal music education, their talent, enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to performing at the highest standards, under the leadership of Ms. Ema Lale, makes Eklektika Choir one of a kind!
