Each gathering blends:

Embodiment – practices like breathwork, movement, and regulation to reconnect with your body.

Emotional Depth – authentic sharing circles and tools for connection, belonging, and compassion.

Clarity of Mind – exercises in mindfulness, storytelling, and courageous conversation.

Spiritual Connection – meditation, reflection, and rituals that bring meaning into daily life.

📍 Location: 1468 Stroud Road, Victoria BC, V8T 2K9. Enter through the right side of the house and we will be in the studio in the backyard.

📆 Time: Wednesdays, 6:30-9:30pm, doors open at 6:15.
