Need inspiration for snorkelling adventures in 2026? Want to find out what your community has been up to the past year? In search of some new buddies? Read on! ​What: In this special end-of-year snork talk, six of our community members will share some of their adventures from 2025, including a kayak circum-navigation of Vancouver Island, north coast snorkelling around Bella Bella and an up-close orca encounter. ​Bonus: I have a Santa-sack size pile of door prizes to give away! Ocean art, apparel, cosmetics, dive gear and activities. Entry is completely free! ​When: Dec 19, 6:30pm. The presentation is followed by the opportunity to meet and mingle. ​Where: The COAST Ocean Innovation Hub, 517 Herald Street, Victoria. ​Parking: There is paid parking onsite, or free parking a block away (Store Street beyond Herald). If you store your bike at the racks, be aware that there have been thefts so make sure to lock the frame and wheels securely. ​How much: Free, by donation (suggested $2 to help us cover our costs). ​RSVP: We have a new RSVP system to make sure we can cater to seating needs.
