Event Description
Join us at Provence Marinaside for an intimate and exclusive 14 seat Winemaker's Dinner celebrating the elegant wines of Domaines Ott*, presented with special guest Christophe Coppola Renard on April 5, 2026.
From the first pour to the final mignardise, this is a Provence-inspired evening built around coastal freshness, vivid aromatics, and the unmistakable refinement that has made Ott* a benchmark for rosé, and far more.
We begin with a welcome glass of Louis Roederer Collection 243 alongside canapés de bienvenue: socca, olive tapenade, and Mediterranean sardines.
Then the menu unfolds in five beautifully matched courses: By Ott* Rosé (2024) with sea bream carpaccio, Château de Selle Rosé (2024) with local oysters dressed in pear, black pepper, and finger lime mignonette, and Clos Mireille Blanc (2022) with pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, cauliflower purée, saffron sauce, and chive oil.
For the main course, Château Romassan Rouge (2019, Bandol) meets roasted rack of lamb and lamb pastilla with a Provençal vegetable tian and rich ratatouille-style jus. We finish with the rare and exclusive gastronomic experience of Étoile Rosé (2022) alongside classic vanilla panna cotta with raspberries and pistachio tuile, followed by calissons d'Aix-en-Provence.
