Event Description
Enter the stillness of the forest and gather inside a softly lit yurt where calm, warmth, and deep healing meet.
🌿
✨
A Restorative Evening Inside a Magical Yurt
✨
Step out of the noise and into the forest. Our Flow & Frequency evenings are held in a warm, lantern-lit yurt—an intimate space designed for deep rest, emotional release, and energetic reset.
We begin with
Yin Yoga
, a grounding practice that activates the deeper layers of connective tissue. This gentle opening of the body helps release stored tension while preparing your nervous system for deeper stillness.
Following yoga, you'll be guided into a
Sound Bath
—a meditative journey where sound frequencies from crystal bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, realigning your energy, calming the nervous system, and restoring inner balance.
This combination works together to:
• reduce anxiety and stress
• support emotional clarity
• improve sleep quality
• restore nervous system balance
• leave you deeply grounded, relaxed, and centered
