Grounding
Friday May 22nd, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
We are born on this Earth to live fully. How can we respect our home--the natural world around us, our bodies and our potential for growth? In this workshop, we will honour Divine Mother as manifestation, and explore where we are, how we find meaning and what we want to grow toward.
Includes movement, spiritual practice and reflection.
Centering
Saturday May 23rd, 1 - 4 p.m.
In an unbalanced world, how do we find balance? Is there a way back to centre? In the kundalini system the Heart chakra is at the centre of our being, an unfolding source of compassion and a fire that burns away obstacles when we face ourselves courageously.
Join with others to approach the sacred within through movement, self-inquiry and spiritual practice.
Elevating
Sunday, May 24th 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
At this time when we are witness to so much suffering, where do we turn for inspiration? Let’s seek refuge within to support renewal and create space for generosity. In quietness, we will practice stilling the mind, listening for intuition and exploring pathways to our inherent wisdom, asking, “How do I put this wisdom into action now?”
Includes movement, reflection and spiritual practice.
