Funksome formed in 2021 during the pandemic, but their musical journey goes back over a decade. Funksome blends jazz improvisation with popular music influences, ranging from Horace Silver to Parliament-Funkadelic to Post Malone. Their mission is to merge modern grooves, textures, and melodies with the excitement of spontaneous jazz improvisation. Featuring Ardeshir on saxophone, Seb Chamney and Bradan Deccico on Guitar, Karl Kirkwallace on bass, and Eliot Doyle on drums.
