Calling Participants Aged 12 – 14! Girls and STEAM, presented by STEMCELL Technologies, invites your teen to join our first ever Mentor Evening on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 (5:20pm – 7:30pm). We listened to all the participant feedback from the Girls and STEAM Summit and took it to heart. Since the Mentor Café was one of the most popular events at the Summit, we’re hosting an extended version! This unique event will give participants more time to fully delve into the day-to-day work and career stories from different STEAM professionals. From animation to medicine, and engineering to ecology, this is an opportunity to learn first-hand from our wonderful group of Mentors. Participants will learn about jobs they never knew existed, and about the many ways our Mentors launched into their fields. This inclusive program welcomes participants of many gender identities – whether your teen identifies as a girl, trans, genderqueer, non-binary, Two-Spirit, or gender questioning.
