Description:
In this workshop, we will invite participants into a gentle, reverent space shaped by poetry, presence, and mindful self-compassion. Drawing inspiration from various voices centering multiply-marginalized communities, we’ll reflect on our experiences as sentient beings — living, adapting, and surviving in a world that produces so much suffering — by greeting our tender, painful places with unconditional love.
Through guided reflection, grounding exercises, shared poems, contemplative writing prompts, and invitation for collaborative facilitation, you’ll be guided to connect deeply with your grief and alchemize it within your own higher self — the part of you that loves without judgment, listens without fear, and trusts the deeper mystery of your path on earth.
This workshop is for anyone longing to feel more held, open, and connected to the inherent belonging of their own experience. Together, we will ground in the collective, recognize our shared humanity, and transform our grief into portals of inner-world expansion, opening doorways to trust, compassion, and the embodiment of our inherent enoughness.
