This year, 100 chefs are cooking in support of Team Canada - coming together for one unforgettable night of live stations, premium pairings, and celebration of Canadian culinary excellence. Gala Host: Chef Damon Campbell Chef Damon Campbell brings an exceptional competition legacy to the evening. As former Team Captain of Culinary Team Canada (2005–2006), he led the team to gold medal victories at the World Culinary Olympics and additional national medal wins throughout his career. All proceeds directly support Culinary Team Canada’s training, development, and international competition preparation.
