This is an invitation to consciously meet what’s been gathering beneath the surface — and to breathe with it. Join Joshua Marek and Lex Ven for an in-person, guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to surrender what no longer serves you, access your inner landscape, and create space for the energy you want to carry into the season ahead. This is a grounded, well-held space. No performance. No pressure to have a “big” experience. Just breath, music, guidance, and the safety to explore what’s present in your body. Through a structured breath journey and carefully curated music, you’ll be supported in: Regulating and resetting your nervous system Accessing clarity beneath the noise of daily life Reconnecting to your body’s natural flow of energy Strengthening your capacity to stay present with intensity and expansion Joshua and Lex will be co-facilitating, offering steady guidance and attentive presence throughout. Supportive touch may be offered at times to deepen the experience — always optional and only with your consent. There will be time for grounding and integration so you can leave steady, clear, and resourced — not rushed back into the world.
