It’s back! Intro to Reformer Pilates is a 4-week beginner series designed to help you feel confident and comfortable on the reformer—no prior experience required. Starting from the very basics, you’ll learn foundational movements, become familiar with the pieces of the reformer, and gain a clear understanding of how to set up and adjust the springs to suit your body.
With a consistent weekly schedule and small class size (max 5 students), this series also fosters a supportive, welcoming community as you learn, move, and progress together. Whether you’re completely new to reformer Pilates or simply looking to deepen your understanding of the fundamentals, this class offers a thoughtful introduction to building a strong Pilates foundation.
