One of Alberta's most talked about hip-hop artists, K-Riz began rapping at the age of 12 as the Kid Charisma, and comes from a family with deep musical roots. His uncle, who was also a rapper, scored hit single "Mogadishu" with hip-hop duo Hero. K-Riz's grandfather played jazz music, and his father was a DJ — and one of the first to spin hip hop and R&B in Edmonton in the '80s. His given family is deeply talented, as is his musical family that will be joining him at this show. R&B and Jazz influences are a growing part of K-RIZ & THE FAMILY's sound and will be in full effect for this special night of soulful music in celebration of Black History Month. 🎟️ Tickets under the SAME NAME, no reservation required!
