The Drake Eatery is proud to host a special Kitchen Takeover for a Cause supporting the Mustard Seed Food Security Distribution Centre.

For one day only, guest chefs Chris Hammer (The Mustard Seed), Ali Ryan (Flourish! School Food Society), and Paul Stewart (Victoria Cool Aid Society) will step into The Drake kitchen to create a featured menu built around rescued ingredients — the very same kind of high-quality food The Mustard Seed recovers and redistributes daily to feed thousands across Greater Victoria.

This event is a celebration of community, creativity, and impact — showcasing how rescued food can be transformed into something incredible, while raising support for vital food security work in our region.

✨ Proceeds from the featured dishes will go toward supporting The Mustard Seed’s efforts to reduce food insecurity.
