The band released their debut LP Insatiable Lust For Death on July 25, 2025. KONTUSION’s riffs, blasts, and walls of feedback reflect the darkness of a world marred by chaos, where large scale atrocities run amok. Drummer Chris Moore (Repulsion, VOSH, Coke Bust) and vocalist/guitarist Mark Bronzino (ex-Iron Reagan/Mammoth Grinder) represent the core of the band, with musicians emerging to fill out various lineups for live performances. DISPOSSESSED Dispossessed is a heavy music collective from Portland, Oregon, blending elements of sludge, doom, and death metal into a powerful sound rooted in anger, despair, and political resistance. Formed in 2014, the band emerged from Portland’s metal scene with a mission to confront systems of oppression through uncompromising, feedback-driven music. Their sound combines slow-burning riffs, bleak atmospheres, and a raw, aggressive energy that draws influence from bands like Corrupted, Asunder, Winter, and Grief.
