An Evening of Light, Hope, and Community
Step into a magical night where every glow matters. The Night Light Walk, presented by the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and supported by TD Bank, invites families, friends, and neighbours to come together in Victoria for a 3-kilometre lantern-lit stroll—all under a canopy of stars.
Begin the evening at Esquimalt Gorge Park at 6:00 p.m., where you’ll be welcomed with heartfelt stories of resilience. These are real lives—women and children courageously stepping toward safety—and every listener becomes a part of that hope. At 7:00 p.m., the journey begins: a soft glow from lanterns, toques with built-in lights, and LED bracelets guiding the route—symbolizing that together, we can light a path to safety.
Your Participation Lights the Way
All proceeds from this event directly support The Cridge Center For The Family—a lifeline providing essential help such as shelter, moving support, deposits, storage, and safe sanctuary as women and children leave violence behind.
By registering or joining a team, you're not just walking—you’re truly giving the gift of safety and a new beginning. Your red toque and glow bracelet are symbols of solidarity; they glow with hope and strength—and so do you.
Why We Walk
