Starting Saturday, November 29th, we’re excited to unveil our menu, featuring five brand-new cocktails, each crafted to showcase the depth and versatility of Macaloney’s award-winning whiskies. These new creations bring a fresh, flavour-forward twist to the tasting room—perfect for cocktail lovers, whisky fans, and anyone looking to warm up their winter weekends.

Designed by renowned mixologist Mel Hack, fresh off a tour crafting drinks at some of Europe’s top cocktail bars, who will take up residency as cocktail lead at Macaloney's this Winter.

Mel brings world-class creativity, technique, and passion to our cocktail program. Her approach blends modern mixology with a deep respect for whisky, resulting in cocktails that are both innovative and distinctly Macaloney’s.
