Nik Winnitowy is a Songwriter, Producer, Session Musician, and Audio Tech based in Calgary, Alberta. His solo project, The Porch Hounds, released an album and toured in spring 2024. All instruments written, played, recorded, and mixed by himself.Bringing a throwback country vibe with his original work, this will be a fun set showcasing a multi-talented musician on a relaxing Friday night.Bands he has accompanied include Noeline Hofmann, Shred Kelly, Amy Nelson, Jordan Klassen, Gunner & Smith, Red Hot Hayseeds, and many others. He has also shared a stage as direct support for acts including The New Pornographers, Mt. Joy, July Talk, Elliot Brood, and Yukon Blonde, and was direct support for Zach Bryan, The Turnpike Troubadours, and Colter Wall in 2025. He has appeared with bands at Ottawa Blues Fest, Rolling Stone Beach Festival, Northern Lights Boreal Festival, Ness Creek Music Festival, Shambhala, Reeperbahn Festival, and countless others.
