Welcome Spring with a unique combination of movement and hypnosis hosted by Casa Calma Hypnotherapy at Salon Salon The Spring Equinox can signify a powerful event, a day where day and night are perfectly balanced before the light takes over. In this session, we will explore balance within our bodies with a brief movement sequence, founded in yoga traditions and conclude with a group hypnosis. This is a great opportunity and space for participants to align their inner world with outer actions, as well as performing a metaphorical Spring Cleaning of their minds.
