Meaningful Change Circle
A Guided Forgiveness + Emotional Release Circle
A gentle healing space for anyone who is tired of holding it all together.
If you’ve been carrying
grief, resentment, guilt, emotional exhaustion, heartbreak, or heavy thoughts
, this circle offers a safe place to breathe, soften, and begin to release what’s been weighing on your heart.
This is a
guided forgiveness and emotional release circle
, held with compassion, support, and zero pressure.
In this circle, you’ll experience:
✨ grounding and calming guided meditation/experience
✨ gentle prompts for reflection and emotional release
✨ optional journaling
✨ supportive connection in a safe group setting
✨ a closing practice to help you leave feeling lighter and more regulated
Sharing is always optional.
You are welcome to simply listen, reflect, and receive.
This circle is for you if you’re ready to:

🌿 stop punishing yourself
🌿 release the past without forcing “closure”
