A delicious culinary exploration of the Mediterranean region! Fresh, flavourful, and healthy recipes from France, Italty, Morocco & beyond.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Heidi, we will explore both exotic and familiar tastes from around the Mediterranean region.
With years of experience as a culinary intructor, and a stint as executive chef of a vegetarian restaurant, Chef Heidi will guide you beyond Italian pastas and French stews, to explore less familiar vegetarian recipes from Italy, Morocco, Spain and more.
The delicious, seasonal plant-based menu includes homemade biscotti & focaccia, Tuscan white beans with winter greens, Levantine fattoush salad, Spanish romesco sauce, Moroccan chickpea tagine, homemade falafel with all the fixings, and vegetable side dishes.
The menu is adaptable for vegan and gluten-free guests.
Take home fresh inspiriation to cook more, eat well, and experience the health & taste of the Mediterranean diet.
Knives will be provided, but Chef Heidi encourages you to bring in your own knives to use, if desired.
