Join us for an exciting Demo Night of projects that have been part of the 5th Cohort of Micro Projects!
We will have presentations from four of the teams that have been busy since January.
• Transit-Based Food Access Gaps in Calgary - Identify transit-based food access gaps and map underserved areas.
• Woodcreek Community Association - Resident Digital Interface Enhancement & Data Leverage Project - This project aims to leverage the data collected from residents to improve the current UI for their own benefit, making it easier to engage with other residents.
• Local AI Collective - AI Chatbots for local nonprofits and businesses.
• Infrastructure Stress Mapping Using 311 Service Request Data - This Project analyzes Calgary 311 Service requests to identity recurring infrastructure problems and map stress points in roads, sidewalks, traffic signals, and sewers, supporting data-driven maintenance and planning.
