This event focuses on collecting small recyclable items that tend to sit around the home gathering dust. Keeping batteries, razors, cell phones and other such materials out of the garbage reduces pollution and contributes to making Vancouver a safer city. Items collected at this event: • Books • Cell phones & tablets • Disposable razors & razorblades • E-scooter/bike/skateboard batteries • Flexible plastics • Household batteries (under 5kg, no car batteries) • Ink & toner cartridges • Lightbulbs (no light tubes) • Pens, markers, highlighters • Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors • Small electronic devices (fit in small grocery bag) • Vaping devices
