This December, we’re bringing everything together — the MRC Holiday Party, Veronica’s birthday, and a full-day celebration of movement, connection, gratitude, and pure MRC energy. This is our final send-off of 2025! ✨ EVENT OVERVIEW A full-day MRC takeover across Vancouver: 🏃‍♀️ Morning Run — Stanley Park (5K / 10K / Walk) 🔥 Tality Recovery — Private MRC Session (45 spots) ✨ Evening Party — “SPORTY + RICH” Holiday Party + V's Bday Welcome cocktail • signature cocktails • custom food • AWARDS • gift bags Join us for any or all parts of the day — your ticket tiers are below. 💛 GIVING BACK Every year, MRC gives back during the holidays — traditionally through clothing and food drives. This year, we’re doing something different and deeply meaningful: ➡️ 100% of the proceeds from the RUN portion of this event will be donated to the WIRTH Foundation, supporting mental health programs and initiatives right here at home. Even if you can’t attend the run, we encourage you to purchase the Run Only / Donation ticket to support the cause. Feeling generous?
