This is a live music fundraising event for children and their families in Gaza. Please scroll down for information on the musicians and their music. Our event is taking place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm) , Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh) , and Tsleil-Waututh (Səl̓ílwətaɬ) First Nations. Please join us for a warm musical event, coming together in solidarity. This live music event is organized for a charity initiative that started in Vancouver, in May 2025 during the starvation in Gaza. The initiative is called For Child and Childhood and it has raised over 11. 000 CAD so far benefiting many babies, children and their mothers with essentials and food. The premises are smoking free and the parking is on the street. Please do not come behind the gate of the property. The artists are generously donating their time and art for the event so all the proceeds could go to the children in Gaza. I am very grateful that they stepped forward without hesitation. Baby Sham shown in the pictures is one of our recurrent beneficiaries along with many other families who got food and medication during the starvation and clothes for winter as shelter is banned from entering.
