Release tension, regulate your body, and return to a grounded, calm state through deep yin postures and immersive sound.
You’re not tired—you’re dysregulated.
This 90-minute Yin & Sound experience is designed to guide your body out of stress mode and into deep restoration.
Through long-held yin postures, we target the fascia and areas where tension lives—hips, spine, and nervous system pathways—while sound healing supports your brain in shifting into slower, healing states.
What You’ll Experience?
• Deep, supported yin postures (3–5 min holds)
• Breath-led downregulation techniques
• Sound immersion to calm the nervous system
• A guided close to integrate the experience
Why This Works?
Yin yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest + digest), while sound frequencies help shift brainwaves out of high-alert states.
This combination supports:
• Reduced anxiety and stress
• Improved sleep
