VIP TABLE POLICY Step 1: Entry Ticket Required (To Confirm Booking Request) All VIP table bookings require an entry ticket purchase. Tickets confirm your table request and guest admission. Entry tickets are non-refundable. Step 2: Deposit Required (To Secure Table + Prevent Resale) After your ticket purchase, our team will contact you to collect a deposit equal to 10% of your table’s minimum spend. This deposit is applied toward your minimum spend and secures the table so it will not be resold. Minimum Spend Minimum spend is a required food & beverage commitment for your table. Your deposit is credited toward the minimum. The remaining balance is paid in-venue on the night of the event. Pre-Select Drink Choices (After Deposit) Once your deposit is paid, we will offer drink pre-selection to speed up service and help guarantee availability. Item availability is subject to stock; substitutions of equal value may apply if needed. Capacity Limits Each table has a maximum guest limit based on layout and safety requirements. Max capacity is strictly enforced. Guests above the limit may be denied entry or required to purchase an additional table (if available). Arrival & Table Hold Tables are held until 12:30 AM. If your group has not arrived by then, the table may be released. If you’re running late, contact the VIP line before 12:30 AM to hold your booking. ID & Conduct 19+ only with valid government-issued photo ID. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for intoxication, aggressive behavior, or non-compliance with venue policies. No Refunds / No-Shows Entry tickets and deposits are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, reduced party size, or removal due to policy violations.
