This is the second of a three part series of short films where their journey continues to Calgary, where they meet Tamara Loiselle, who is pioneering innovative uses of seaweed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in cattle farming. From the waters of the Georgia Strait to the prairies of Alberta, the film reveals a surprising and meaningful link between ocean ecosystems, sustainable agriculture, and cultural food traditions.
