Event Description
PERMISSION is a 5Rhythms® weekend of movement and discovery—listening inward, moving what’s true, and choosing yourself.
PERMISSION
A 5Rhythms® Dance | Movement Workshop with Anne Marie Hogya
How do we give ourselves permission?
To be strong.
To be soft.
To be seen.
To fall apart and come alive again.
Permission is a weekend of movement and discovery.
Together, we will investigate what it means to move beyond the walls we build around our hearts — and into the wide, wild landscape of our own truth.
Through the 5Rhythms Waves map, we’ll explore strength, vulnerability, authenticity, and the possibility of deep connection — with self, other, and life itself.
This workshop invites your full-bodied yes.
GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION.
All are welcome. No previous experience is needed.
