Watch the start of the Swiftsure Race from Clover Point as a community! Clover Point is the best location to watch the race start from the shore at 9am. Central Saanich Lions Club will be serving a pancake breakfast from 8am including juice or coffee for $10 and there will be news crews documenting the start of the race, a live video broadcast, Swiftsure commentators, plus a chance to learn more about RVYC membership and stalls to browse! Please try to arrange to arrive on foot, bicycle or public transit as vehicles may not access the Clover Point Loop. All ages welcome! The race will end at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club in the afternoon but you can stop by the Club at 12pm for a large group tour taking place.
