She has performed at notable festivals including Rifflandia, Bass Coast, and Burning Man capturing onlookers into a hypnotic journey. Since then, it has evolved into a forward-thinking performance approach. Prioritizing flow and selection, he builds raw, hypnotic sets that blend stripped-back grooves with multiple styles of techno. Using a customized setup that often combines Ableton Live with DJing, he delivers dynamic, one-of-a-kind performances that keep dance floors locked in for hours. Over the years residencies in Calgary and Victoria and his long involvement with Shambhala Music Festival have honed his eclectic style, reminiscent of and inspired by legendary artists such as mr. scruff and Mark Farina. A veteran of Shambhala’s Village Stage since 2008, now working with the Living Room Stage, his yearly sunrise sets have garnered a dedicated following of leftfield afficionados that yearn to lighten up the space. This show marks the launch of Mr. B’s newest project- Quality Productions. He will be using his years worth of connections to bring some truly special dance engagements to Victoria for 2026.
