Join us on Friday, May 29 at The Highwood Kitchen + Bar for a special event that blends the classroom and the dining room. Setting the Table is an invitation to step inside our living classroom and celebrate the next generation of industry leaders in action. In collaboration with celebrated Pastry Chef and Author Bettina Schormann, culinary students from the SAIT School of Hospitality and Tourism will prepare a four-course showcase of fresh, local, and seasonal dishes served with a side of student success. Join us as we bring academic excellence to life, one delicious course at a time.
Included with ticket: Welcome beverage, four-course preset lunch. Please note any dietary restrictions during registration.
