May SKAL is at the Parkside City Club Lounge for our annual Summer Kick-Off Patio Party - See you there!
Join us for our annual Summer Kick-Off Patio Party at the Parkside City Club Lounge, an evening designed to bring together hospitality professionals in a relaxed and vibrant setting. Guests will arrive at 5:30 PM to enjoy a complimenary welcome cocktail, followed by a 6:00 PM Skal toast.
Dinner service begins at 6:15 PM and will feature a chef-attended rodízio station with Brazilian-style grilled skewers of chicken and shrimp, alongside a vibrant selection of seasonal West Coast dishes. The menu highlights include fresh composed salads such as gathered greens with caramelized citrus vinaigrette and watermelon quinoa salad, locally inspired features like Vancouver Island asparagus, and flavourful accompaniments including charred broccolini and duck fat roasted fingerling potatoes.
The evening concludes with an assortment of handcrafted pâtisserie sweets, offering the perfect finish to a memorable dining experience.
