Join Devon, owner of Vagabond Pies, for our interactive sourdough pizza making workshop and learn to make the perfect pie! From mixing and stretching dough to topping and baking in a real professional pizza oven.
Master the secrets of perfect pizza dough – from mixing to proofing. Learn about sourdough and the importance of proper fermentation.
Learn to stretch, top, and bake your creations using a real pizza oven.
Experiment with quality ingredients and discover your signature flavor combo.
Enjoy your fresh-from-the-oven pizzas with great company, and bring your own wine or favorite drinks to sip as you bake!
Come solo, with a friend, or as a date night – everyone leaves with new pizzas skills and fully bellies!
What's included:
2-3 pizzas per person, freshly made dough to take home to bake or freeze, Vagabond's sourdough starter, and detailed instructions and recipes to help hone your sourdough pizza skills. Light snacks will also be provided by the host.
What to bring:
Your favourite drink to accompany pizza, your favourite apron! If you have one. Aprons are also available for use at the venue.
