Join us for a fun and hands-on introduction to soy candle-making workshop! Learn the fundamentals of soy candle-making, and assemble and hand-pour your own vegan soy candles and tealights from scratch. By the end of class, you will have a working knowledge of soy candle making and be armed with the steps and skills to make more at home. This is a beginner-friendly workshop. While this is not a fragrance mixology workshop (we want you to know all the step by steps of candle making instead!), you’ll be able to choose your own fragrance from our library of 10 candle-safe phthalate-free fragrance oil blends (courtesy of our friends at Windy Point Soap) for your project. Note: we do not use essential oils in this class, however students are welcome to make candles unscented. We also explain the "why" behind fragrance vs essential oils in class!
